Led by the IYKYK! Education Team, this 2.5-hour course will equip the enthusiast or curious with an understanding of theory and practical skills to prepare better coffee at home. With a focus on "espresso-based drinks," we will explore barista skills of shot pulling and milk steaming with an introduction to latte art. From learning about flavor combinations and choosing complementary pairings to how to prepare 3 different IYKYK! menu beverages. In addition, you will have the opportunity to come up with your own favorite flavor combos and take-home recipe cards of the drinks you created, ready to make them for your friends and family during your next gathering.
